If you are not satisfied with counselling service you have been given, we will refund you the full amount paid for the session.
(This excludes missed appointments and no shows.)
Changing or Cancelling Appointments
We sincerely ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need change your appointment time. Changing or Cancelling appointments with less than 12 hours’ is not available and will incure the full cost of the appointment as will not arriving for the appointment (No shows).
Please note our Cancellation Policy is in place to reduce missed appointments, to offer support to people in need who are waiting to see their clinician, and to address limited resources alongside the cover the associated costs of cancelled or No Show appointments. Please note we have no external funding for clinical services.
Refund Policy
