If you are not satisfied with counselling service you have been given, we will refund you the full amount paid for the session.

(This excludes missed appointments and no shows.)

Changing or Cancelling Appointments

We sincerely ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment time. Changing or Cancelling appointments less than 1 hour before the booking is not available and will incure the full cost of the appointment as will not arriving for the appointment (No shows).

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds need to be made within 5 working days after the booked appointment. Total refund is limited to the amount paid for the session.
